With the first wish, he claimed her riches.
With the second wish, he claimed her kingdom.
With the third wish, he claimed her people.
Final Project
Your last project (which takes up a total of 60 points) is your fairy tale. Write me one! I don’t want to hear groans, and I certainly don’t want to hear sobbing, you totally knew this was coming in a writing class!
If you spent most of this class sending me graphics or drawing me pictures, then tell me your story that way. But make sure the work is solely YOUR OWN. I don’t want manipulated graphics of Disney’s Aladdin or something.
If you’re stuck and can’t really think of a plot (or you work well inspired by prompts), you can always generate an idea at Seventh Sanctum. It’s an amazing site; just make sure you include your prompt if you’re using it!
So here’s a recap in outline form:
Final Project (60 points)
Choose ONE(1) of the following:
a) Write me your own fairy tale. Keep the lessons in mind, and churn out your creative brain! If you’re stuck on characters, plot, or scenes, you can always generate an outline at Seventh Sanctum (again, make sure you include your prompt if you do this!). For full credit, the story should have a minimum of 600 words.
b) Illustrate your fairy tale story. This can be in various formats (comics, a book cover, a collage of scenes, etc.). You can draw, paint, and/or use image manipulation programs like Photoshop to prettify your piece. Again, if you’re stuck, try generating something at Seventh Sanctum and draw from there (include your prompt if you use it!). All artwork must be your own original work.
